NEW DELHI: The first phase of Census 2027 will roll out in Delhi from Friday, which will allow residents across all 250 wards to self-enumerate. The window will remain open from May 1 to May 15 after which govt will launch a door-to-door house-listing exercise.“We encourage people to log in to the census portal and complete the process of self-enumeration, which will take just around 20 minutes,” said an official. The official added that people should do the self-enumeration regardless of whether they are the owner or tenant. “The tenants have to use their own number according to the self-enumeration guide and fill in the details of the household where they are staying.
